Earthquake collapses historic building, killing 2
In this situation two people died when a historic building collapsed in Paso Robles after a strong earthquake jolted the central California coast and sent tremors from Los Angeles to San Francisco and much further. Police say the two people were killed by falling debris from the collapse of the city's landmark clock tower. This incident was December 22, 2003.
